First Lady Dr. Paulette Douglas truly epitomizes elegance in living a saved, sanctified and Holy life, set a part from the secular world! Lady Douglas is an ordained minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, an anointed national and international Evangelist, teacher and preacher. Evangelist Paulette Douglas is renowned for the ministry of exhortation to the Body of Christ through deliverance, inner healing, salvation and biblical counseling at seminars, prayer clinics, crusades and conferences. She has established three churches and assisted in establishing several other churches, ministries and colleges as she serves on the Body of Christ for Jesus.
Evangelist Douglas was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and filled with the Holy Ghost in 1977. She was called to the ministry in 1981, taught bible study at Pacific Bell for nine years and was the founder and pastor of the Radiant Life in Christ Community Church in Baldwin Park, California for nearly four years. Dr. Douglas retired from AT&T after 26 years of service in 1996.
God introduced Evangelist Douglas to the LOVE and HERO of her life,
Suffragan Bishop Robert T. Douglas Sr. They were married, the ministries
merged, and she became the First Lady of the Jacob’s Ladder Family,
the Women’s Ministry Director and the Church Administrator.
Dr. Robert and First Lady Douglas are the proud parents of three
wonderful children, Shakinah, Robert Jr. and Sondra Imani. They have
one son-in law, Noah and one daughter-in-law, Aisha. They are also blessed with two granddaughters, Demi and Jania, two grandsons, Dylan and Dominick Terrell and seven Godchildren.
Dr. Douglas is a graduate from Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena, California, Pentecostal Bible College
and Ministerial Training Institute of Inglewood, California. She has a Bachelors degree in Biblical Studies,
a Masters degree in Theology, a PhD in Theology and a PhD in Biblical Counseling. She has earned certificates from California Christian Leadership of Orange County in biblical counseling, Zoe Christian Leadership Training Institute, Church Growth International, Seoul Korea and School of World Missions and Evangelism, Los Angeles.
Dr. Douglas is presently the Dean of the Inglewood Ministerial Training Institute and the Inland Empire Ministerial Training Institute. Formerly the Dean of the Tri-County Ministerial Training Institute (San Bernardino, Riverside and Los Angeles counties) and the Living Waters Bible College, Rialto California. She is also the Provost for the California District Council Aenon Bible Institute and the Jacob’s Ladder Aenon Bible Institute CDC Extension Campus in Inglewood, California. Dr. Douglas is also the Dean and Administrator of the Jacob’s Ladder California University of Theology. All are fully accredited colleges for pastors, evangelist, teachers and anyone who has the call of God on their lives.
Evangelist Douglas is currently the CDC International Missions President and the past Church/Extension/ Altar Director for the California District Council of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. She is the past Evangelism President for the CHDC Area 2 and has worked with the CDC in the Evangelism Department for 32 years.
First Lady Douglas portrays tremendous strength and endurance in the Lord by jointly sharing the vision and love for God with Pastor Douglas. Her primary objective in life is to be that “Excellent Woman of God, walking in His Divine favor.”
